Is the status of your stock correct?

At Baby Basket Boutique we continuously strive to provide you with accurate stock availability information, but because stock quantities are constantly changing, the inventory information provided is only an estimate of an article’s in-stock status. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

How long until I receive my order?

 In stock items usually ship in 1-3 business days.

Items that are custom made ship directly from the manufacturer and will usually ship in 2-3 weeks or whatever time frame the listing states.  Items ordered which may come from more than one manufacturer will ship separately from each individual manufacturer, so please be patient and contact us if you have any concerns.

Orders are NOT shipped on Saturday, Sunday or US Holidays.

Please allow Order Processing time prior to shipping.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the Continental U.S.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal payments.

What about security of my payment information?

Our payment processor is Paypal, and you do not need a Paypal account in order to use your credit card. Paypal processes payments securely and your payment information is never given to us directly and is processed directly through Paypal. Your payment information is never stored on our site. We comply 100% with credit card companies requirements for privacy and security of your information.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Baby Basket Boutique is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in it's original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of reciept of the item.  

Please contact us prior to sending your item back so we can provide you a confirmation email.              

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been opened or used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for your protection against loss or damage.

Please note: We cannot refund shipping cost and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

**Sale items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Will you share my information with anyone?

Baby Basket Boutique will never sell or share any of our customers personal information. Our customers privacy is very important to us.
